2. Gosport Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Gosport, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (age restrictions may vary by vehicle type, with extra fees for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address, and present any further documents required by Gosport when collecting the vehicle.

3. Booking and Payment (Gosport)

• Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Gosport location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment and security deposit are typically due at vehicle collection. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Gosport

• You must inspect the vehicle carefully when collecting it from Gosport and report any pre-existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Gosport representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and you will be charged for repairs and related costs.

5. Insurance and Liability — Gosport

6. Cancellation and Revisions

Gosport's cancellation and amendment policies depend on the booking type and notice period. Please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for the exact terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

7. Gosport Prohibitions

You must not use the Gosport vehicle for:

• Any illegal purpose or activity in Gosport. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorised drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...

Violating restrictions may result in immediate Gosport rental termination and additional charges.

8. Gosport Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Gosport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Gosport in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Gosport Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, with proceedings to be brought in the courts serving Gosport.

10. Changes to Gosport Terms

Gosport may modify these Terms at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Gosport website. Your continued use of Gosport services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
